9ja Employ ("9ja Employ", "we", "our", "us", or "the App") is a job discovery and aggregation application operated by Derutron Tech.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and being transparent about how information is handled when you use the App.
9ja Employ is primarily designed to help users discover employment opportunities by collecting and organizing publicly available job vacancy information from third-party websites, RSS feeds, employer career pages, and other publicly accessible sources.
We do not sell users' personal information.
2. Job Listing Aggregation and Third-Party Sources
9ja Employ aggregates publicly available job vacancy information from third-party websites, job portals, employer career pages, RSS/Atom feeds, and other publicly accessible sources.
Aggregated listings may contain information such as:

Where available, job listings include attribution and a direct link to the original publishing website.

The names, trademarks, logos, company names, and other intellectual property appearing in job listings remain the property of their respective owners.
The appearance of a company, organization, government agency, or recruitment opportunity in 9ja Employ does not constitute an endorsement or partnership.
4. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores certain information locally on your device to provide its core functionality and improve your experience.
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- Saved/bookmarked jobs
- Recently viewed jobs
- Search history
- User preferences
- Other app settings required for the App to function
This information may be stored using Android local storage technologies, including Room Database and DataStore.
Local job searches and saved-job information are intended to remain on your device and are not used by Derutron Tech to create a personal employment profile.
5. Advertising
9ja Employ uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements.
Advertising services may process certain information automatically, such as device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, and other information required for advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation.
The information processed by advertising providers is handled according to their respective privacy policies and applicable privacy and consent requirements.
Users may receive personalized or non-personalized advertising depending on applicable settings, consent requirements, device configuration, and the policies of the advertising provider.
We do not sell users' personal information to advertisers.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.

Information stored locally by the App generally remains on the user's device until it is deleted by the user, removed by the App, or otherwise cleared through normal Android device or application-management functions.
Users can clear locally stored application data through Android settings. Doing so may remove saved jobs, search history, preferences, and other locally stored information.
Information processed by third-party services such as advertising and analytics providers is subject to the respective provider's retention and deletion policies.

Because 9ja Employ aggregates information from third-party sources, we cannot guarantee that every listing is:

- Complete
- Current
- Available
- Legitimate
- Free from errors
- Still accepting applications
Job vacancies may expire, change, or be removed from their original source without notice.
Users should verify important information directly with the original employer or publishing source before taking action.
